NETWORKING

We strengthen as well as expand the network of existing DASH partners, including multiple stakeholders critical for adolescent health. These include local and national policy makers, other researchers in SSA and representatives of the target group of adolescents. We focus not only on the networking between DASH partners and these groups, but also within these groups (e.g. policy maker-policy maker networking, adolescent-policy maker networking). Our networking activities provide a foundation for exchange and collaboration on adolescent health and research that can continue beyond the project funding. One of the central networking activity are the DASH adolescent health conference including DASH researchers, students and relevant stakeholders that will take place three times over the course of the project.
